Our aim is to process orders within 3 days. However, during busier periods throughout the year, especially around Christmas, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly.

We currently only ship within the UK via Royal Mail. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Local collection is also available.

Returns

As all items are handmade and primarily made to order, returns and refunds are accepted only under exceptional circumstances, such as if the product is damaged or defective. Please contact us promptly at crochetbya25@gmail.com to discuss any concerns.
